Forsayth State School

Welcome to Forsayth State School. We are a small rural school situated approximately 480km inland from Cairns, in the Etheridge Shire.

Forsayth State School is a multi-age Prep to Year 7 school with all students learning in the one classroom. Students are well supported by a passionate and dedicated team of staff, including a teaching principal, itinerant teacher, full-time teachers' aide and administration officer.

The school is part of the active after school communities program, engaging the students in one afternoon of sporting activities each week. We also have a school chaplain who visits our school once a week to assist and support teaching and learning activities.

Forsayth is situated in a safe and caring community that provides a wonderful support network for the school and its students.
